Youth Leadership Initiative for Social Justice promotes inclusive governance and the empowerment of youth, women and girls.
Access to public service delivery is one of the rudiments of democracy and development. We at Youth Leadership Initiative for Social Justice advocate for inclusive policies for youth, women and girls as key drivers of development of the economy. Our initiatives prepare these groups for leadership; by building the capacity of youths to position them for leadership, sensitizing them on anti-corruption and nationalism.
Our women’s programme empowers women to contribute to democracy and development by participating in politics and standing up against gender inequality at the workplace/public life and women’s rights. We educate young girls between the ages of 9 to 19 on gender equality, the Sustainable Development Goals and WASH encouraging them to contribute to development from an early age.
